Romeo having fun at the Bow Wow Luau on June 24, 2007
July 26, 2007, was one of the most heart breaking days of my life.
My fur baby, Romeo became extremely ill and I utilized all of my financial
means to try to ensure that he would recover. This was an unanticipated
expense. I treated Romeo as if he were my child and in doing so I contributed
to his illness by providing him with human food from McDonald's, Sonic, and
Popeyes's. His Triglycerides were suppose to be around 1,800, his was at 6,000.
Romeo was diagnosed with Pancreatitis and it was a very painful and long recovery.
Romeo is now home and wagging his tail again. Please be very careful when you
feed your pet human food. Don't make the mistake I did.
Thanks Banfield for ensuring Romeo's recovery.
